Creating Your Online Real Estate – Part 1

Creating Your Online Real Estate – Part 1

How would you like to put your name out to thousands, if not millions, of new prospects everyday?

How would you like to connect with people around the world 24/7?

How would you like to brand yourself as an authority, so you will be an trusted advisor in the eyes of people in your industry?

How would you like to stand out from the average home-based business owner?

If you can do all these, do you think you can build a MASSIVE business?

Of course you can!

So, how do you do this?

You need an Online Real Estate, NOW!

Specifically, you need a BLOG.

For those who don’t know what a blog is, it stands for “web log”.  It’s like a personal diary or a journal.

You might be thinking, “why not a regular static website?”.

Blog vs Static Website.  Static websites can work, but your intent is to brand yourself, and the best way to brand yourself is to have fresh, regularly published contents to keep new and existing prospects engaged to you.  Yes, you can do this on a static website, but unless you have a good understand of how to build a website, it can be very time consuming.

Publishing content on a blog is extremely easy.  You don’t need to understand any web languages or designs.  You can create a blog in as little as 10 minutes.

Another reason to use a blog is the engagement you want to develop with people.  Most people DO NOT build a relationship with you the first time they meet you or see your website.  It takes 5 – 7 times of engagement for people to start trusting you.

If someone subscribes to your blog, and as you add new posts, they are notified.  This allows you to build relationship with every new content published.

Steps to creating a blog:
1.  Register a Domain
2.  Set Up Hosting
3.  Installing WordPress
4.  Creating Pages/Posts

In part 2, I will outline the above steps to create your Online Real Estate.
